Forecast
Rainfall: Isolated Light rains likely in parts of Vidarbha of Maharashtra in district Gondia, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Nagpur on 23rd January.
No rains likely thereby in both the states in January.
Temperature:
Maharashtra: Daytime temperature will start to increase in Mumbai, Thane, Karjat and MMR by 24th Jan which will go upto 33©. By 27 Jan, temperature may start reaching upto 35© in MMR ghats and 33© in city. Morning will not be as cool. Around 18-21©.
Madhya Maharashtra and Vidarbha will see pleasant days till month end with maximum temperature on an average 28-30©.
South konkan will be the same as north konkan.
Gujrat: Maximum temperatures will be observed in Vapi-Surat belt and Saurashtra coast Okha, Porbandar, Bhavnagar areas which will be 28-30© till 25th, after 26th it may increase to 31-33©. Daytime will be cool at 14-16© across the interior state and 17-19© at coastal areas. Ahmedabad and Central, North, NE parts of state will see pleasant days around 28-29© maximum temperature.
